Hi, I have been taking Chromium picolinate tabs for a long time without side effects. Recently, I switched to the capsule form as the tablets are too hard to swalllow. I have been coughing for more than a week now and am wondering if it is due to the chromium.
It is unlikely related to chromium. Possible causes like allergic cough must be ruled out. As a first line management you can take over the counter available expectorant cough syrups can be taken. If symptoms persists better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
