What Causes Persistent Cramps In Left Leg And Hip?

For the last three days, I have had cramps on my left leg from the hip all the way down to the calf area. It does feel better by walking but if I sit down or lay dawn, it does hurt. It only happens at night time. Drink a lot water all the time, take multivitamins with electrolytes, do yoga two or three times a week, eat healthy so I am confused?

Hello,

Extra muscle use and degenerative bone changes can cause this pain. You should supplement yourself with calcium and vitamin D also.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
