What Causes Persistent Cuticle Infection Despite Taking Amoxicillin?
I was prescribed amoxicillin for a cuticle infection, after trying bacitracin and triple antibiotic topical creams. I have taken the entire prescription, but the condition has not been cured. The antibiotic pills made me sick for four days, but I did not alter the dosage. I finished the prescription Monday. Is there a stronger topical cream I can try?

In view of this please do a wound culture to confirm the organism that is sensitive to drugs
