What Causes Persistent Delay In Periods Despite Having Negative UPT?

Hi my name is Dawn im 26 years old i have 1 child who is now 17 months old. I have not had my period since January and i have taken multiple pregnancy tests that have all been negative and i just wanted to know if this is stopping me from becoming pregnant again?

Hi

After delivery it can take some time for you to get back to your regular menstrual cycle, but if you are still breastfeeding your child then this could be the cause for your menstrual delay. But I would either way recommend a visit to your doctor to check on your hormone levels.

Initiating a few medications can help kick start your periods and then it should regularize from there on.
