What Causes Persistent Diarrhoea Along With Rumbling Sound In Abdomen?

Hi, I ve had diarrhoea for atleast 10 days, during the day it seems ok but my stool is white/yellow but when it comes to night I wake up at 4_7 in morning and can t go back to sleep for a few hours as my stomach makes loud noises and hurts and I can t stop going to the loo

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persistent diarrhea along with rumbling sound in abdomen . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like gastroenteritis
enteritis , colitis Inflammatory bowel disease , food intoxication , malabsorption and psychological stress . I would suggest you to consult gastroenetrologist for proper examination . Doctor may order tests like blood test , stool test x -ray and endoscopy .Doctor may prescribe omeprazole , ornidazole , antacid and lopramide .
