What Causes Persistent Discomfort In Abdomen, Back, Nausea And Frequent Bowel Movements?

for the past couple of weeks or so I have had extreme discomfort in my abdomin. it usually start in the top part of my stomach and just sits there like a big ball of something and then the pain starts to spread to my back. after that it hurts so bad i feel like i have to throw up to releave some of the pressure. I also have frequent bowl movements as well. as soon as i eat i usually have to have a bowl movement very shortly after. sometimes before i even finish my meal. I have tried gas medicine. they don t work. sometime asprine will stop the pain. I am almost at the point where i am scared to eat anything. also this may be unrealted but the heels of my feet have been hurting alot when i have been sitting for atleast ten minutes, it hurts when i first start to walk.
