What Causes Persistent Discomfort In The Region Below The Collar Bone?

I have a dull ache/ strange pressure sensation on my left side of chest just below collarbone for past 2 days it was coming and going but last night and this morning it s constant. I m a 33 year old woman no children. I m very healthy and rarely get colds flu. Is it possible I pulled a muscle by lifting something at work as work in a busy retail environment and sometimes lift things the wrong way not realising the weight is too much. I do not like going to the GP if unless it s absolutely necccesary. Thankyou

thank-you user for your query.
as per your history it might be due to muscle spasm. For that you can take any muscle relaxant but all I want to say that kindly get an ecg done and visit any cardiologist to rule out any heart problem. As its always better to rule out serious ailments. You can start taking calcium tablets and bcomplex tablets for the time being.
god bless
