What Causes Persistent Dizziness Along With Fatigue?

I have syncope, and I almost fainted earlier, so I payed down immediately. I got up and thought I felt better and took a shower, and have been drinking water, but I feel very tired and no energy and shaky, I checked my blood sugar and it was 98, which is good. Do you have any advice on what should I do? Or should I be seen by a doctor?
