What Causes Persistent Dizziness And Fever?

Yes i been having fever in my hands.also i noticed under my thoung my vains are dark purple. Patches on my throught been having dizziness. When i first git sick 5 days ago. Taki g antib3 and predazon if i kay down with out sitting mor2 up u coughf so bad can t breath right
