I have been dizzy on and off for years. I have allergies, and I believe the fluid is trapped in middle ear. I have to take sudafed every day or I will wake up with horrible spinning episodes that last for a week. I was diagnosed back in 1999 with an inner ear virus, that lasted for months. I get dizzy in stores and busy places, and still feel like I have fluid. I think I have Labrynthitis. Also have TMJ and MAV, on Topiramax 25mg which helps with the migraines.
