What Causes Persistent Dizziness And Incoherence?

I have been dizzy, feel incoherent, faint, even drunk-like for the past 48 hours. I thought I was just very tired yesterday, but I slept well last night and still felt as dizzy and incoherent, etc today! Nothing has changed... Rx related. What could be going on? I m starting to scare myself!

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,

Looks like you had an anxiety episode which can have similar presentation like yours. This can be due to stress or fatigue. Have you suffered from anxiety in the past? Are you on any medicines? If it is fatigue or stress related, it will resolve on its own. If it is acute anxiety attack then you need to consult a psychiatrist for further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prashant Gohil
