What Causes Persistent Dizziness, Double Vision, Loss Of Appetite And Fatigue?
looking for possible causes of dizziness, double vision, low appitite, loss of coordination, muscle fatigue, possible nodules behind eye. Tests performed are CT, MRI, opthamolic DR visit, Nero-othamolic DR visit and all standard heart, blood and general tests. NO Diagnosis as of yet. The past 2 months have seen rapid deterioration of mobility. Patient is 76 year old female, 300 lbs with history of cancer in family.

As most of the testa s done are normal. Most of the complaints seem to be age-related added with some eye problems (like refractory error or other eyeball changes in old age).
A whole-body scanning with indicated specific tests should be done to exclude the possibility of cancer. If advised by an oncologist.
A seated tests /examination by an ophthalmologist would pinpoint eye problem, followed by specific management to give her relief.
