Hi, As per the symptoms you have mentioned the cause can be related to the inner ear problem secondary to hypertension or medications itself or can have an independent problem. Hence I would advise you the following: Consult a Neuro-Otologist for clinical evaluation and examination. Further investigations as per the clinical evaluation. Other causes also need to be seen for. Cervical spondylitis and reduced vertebral artery reduced circulation. Cerebellar problems. Hence MRI of the suspected areas needs to be done. Also, needed is to take symptomatic management with Cinnarizine and other medications. Also watch for the stress anxiety as these can potentiate the problems. Your tests of ECG, EEG, halter monitoring and scans are normal hence needs to be investigated in other direction and treated if the cause is found. Hope I have answered your query.
