What Causes Persistent Dizziness?

Hi - my 32 year old son is visiting me and dove into our pool but didn t realize how close he was to the shallow end. He hit his head on the floor of the pool. Felt a bit dizzy at first. Now says his neck and spine hurt. He doesn t have health insurance. What should I look for or check him for?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear. Take him to the hospital. A CT scan has to be done to rule out any internal injury. Also other workouts like blood sugar, ENT opinion to rule out labyrinthitis etc which can cause dizziness.

With regards- Dr Sanjay Kini
