General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Looking at your symptoms it may be due to following reasons:

01) Allergic Rhinitis: Here you'll be allergic to some allergen like dust, pollen. Watery discharge, repeated sneezing suggestive of this condition.

Taking anti histamine drugs like Tab Cetirizine 10mg twice daily, steam inhalation, avoiding exposure to dust will help.

02) Common cold/Influenza: It is a self limiting viral disorder. Here you will have muscle pain, fever, running nose. Color of the discharge may be watery or yellowish. Tab. Cetirizine will help to reduce the symptoms. Steam inhalation, drinking warm water also helps.

If your problems is not subsiding even after all these then taking an ENT consultation is advisable.

I hope this answers your question.

Feel free to ask any further questions. I'll be happy to help.

Regards,
Dr.Prathap Kumar
