Hi I have a persistent dry cough for the past 15 days. for the last 9 days I have used Vicks Day quil to treat this condition. I have heard that my cough may be due to a nasal drip and that Flonase Nasal Spray may correct this drip and lead to termination of this persistent dry cough in say a weeks time. Does this make sense to you? I am a male of 85 years,

yes it is right ...postnasal drip may cause persistent dry cough ..please try steam inhalation also in addition to nasal spray ...
