Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain dry mouth on waking up can be due to mouth breathing habit while sleeping and it causes continuous exposure to air in and out of mouth can cause dryness in mouth and throat..The fol smelly burps, neck cramps and throwing can be related to some digestive problem leading to build up of intestinal gas and you need to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to get an Endoscopy done to confirm the cause and treat accordingly..
For dry mouth if you have mouth breathing habit, sleep with your mouth closed and you can do it by sticking a vertical strip of micropore over the closed lips so that nasal breathing is enforced..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.

Hi..Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Dry mouth upon waking from sleep is most probably due to mouth breathing. normally a person breathes through nose while sleeping. Mouth breathing can be habitual & also due to blockage of nose.
Other reasons of dry mouth can be dehydration, Due to some drugs, lack of saliva production due to radiation therapy etc.
Mouth breathing can cause drying of oral mucosa & other oral problems.

You should first visit a dentist & get checked for mouth breathing.

Hoping your query is solved
good luck.
