Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns.
For how long u are suffering from it? Any other associated problem? like diabetes or hypertension?
Keeping in view your history, you really need to be examined by Cardiologist so that it can be properly correlated. There is need to get the ECG and ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY so that it can be managed well.
Treatment options would be devised after getting the ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY results.
Meanwhile stay calm and meet your CARDIOLOGIST.
Get well soon
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask
Regards
Dr Saad Sultan
