What Causes Persistent Fatigue With Frequent Headache In A Teenager?

My son is 14 y.o. He has complained for over 2 years of being tired , however, lately the severity has increased. He is 5 8 and 128#. He is chronically cold and often has headaches. I am thinking with the increase in fatigue, he may have something serious, besides growing, going on

Hello dear,
Being tired is a nonspecific complaint, and can be from too many conditions.
What I usually recommend to my patients, according to the age of your son and other complains, is to do a complete blood count. In order to rule out anemia. You should visit your pediatrician also, to check for additional signs.
