What Causes Persistent Fever Along With Fatigue And Headaches?

Hi! I have been carrying a temp from 99.7-100.9 for 2 wks straight now. This makes 3 wks in a month total though. I have numerous auto-immune disorders too, and elevated liver functions. However, my main complaints are as follows; headache x 2 days, fever, right shoulder pain, fatigue (just can t get enough sleep), and I feel like I havea bubble in the center of my chest that will not pop causing pain in my chest and back.
