I am a 19 yr old female with complain of fever and nose block since 4 days(present state).History of present illness:on day 1 fever;day2 weakness fatigue and post nasal drip;day 3 violent sneezing and running nose;on day 4 noticed swollen left pre auricular lymph node and swollen adenoids(not sure of adenoid though it is some tonsillar tissue).medications :since day 3 i am on cefixime BD and levocetrizine OD and paracetamol.fever goes down on taking medication and returns 5th hourly.past history:similar condition faced 1 yr back but then i had productive cough too it lasted some 18 days with me taking only paracetamol. Events that might have led to this cold:i slept after taking bath without drying my hair properly.on same day ate a sweet with high amount of essence which doesn t suit me.also my father developed cold prior to me.NAME:SARIA;HEIGHT:5.1FEET;weight:55kg.
