Understanding your concern. As per your query your toddler is having persistent fever and difficulty in breathing which could be due to viral/ bacterial infection of body. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start with intake of NSAID( non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) medication along with antibiotic such as Levofloxacin. Avoid taking any sharp and spicy food. Keep sipping warm water on daily basis. You should take plenty of fluids. You should take soft and bland food. You should take fresh juices in diet. Visit general physician once and get it examined. Go for blood tests as well. Start treatment after prescription. You should take proper rest.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
