What Causes Persistent Fever And Pressure Around The Abdomen?

Hi Doctor, My mom has persistent fever every day ( 99.7 to 100.5) for more than a month. Her Lymph nodes are looking enlarged in the chest x-rays. Her Urine culture came positive for E-coli and she was given antibiotics for 7 days. Symptoms of UTI such as urinary burning are gone and doctor said her urine looks clear now. Still the fever continues to exist 15 days after finishing antibiotic course. She has some kind of pressure around her abdomen and back.

Get her a repeat urine culture and based on the report, further treatment would be decided. Also, if culture is clear and fever persists, then we would evaluate to tuberculosis.
