What Causes Persistent Fever, Cold And Fatigue?

I have been experiencing fever now and then almost for a month nw. Visited a doctor. Had an antibiotic course of cefixime for 5days. Did some tests. RBS is normal. TLC is normal. PLATELET COUNT is normal. Urine routine is near normal. ESR is high with 30mm/hr. TSH is Abv 100. T3 & T4 are below normal. Now I have started taking iron supplement, thyronorm 100 mg. I am feeling slight elevation in temperature daily. Usually around noon time n feeling cold and tired. Why is it so? What should I do next?
