What Causes Persistent Fever, Dry Cough And Running Nose?

Hi doctor, its been more than 4 days i am going through rough time because of fever, dry cough& running nose. Doctor advised to take Asthalin-2, Roxid 150, Fepanil-650 three times per day. But nothing is coming under control. Cough is day by day is increasing. Kindly suggest shall continue with same tablets.

As you explain the situation first you should do a chest X ray and a Spirometry test
After having the results than your doctor will decide what is the exact cause of your symptoms
