What Causes Persistent Fever, Dry Rashes On Legs And Arm With Fatigue?

I am 60 yo female. Have had fever with fatigue for a week now, today still 100 (highest 102). Today developed dry rash on legs and arms. Still mildly tired. To urgent care yesterday, urine and blood tests all fine. Do I need to worry about the new rash?

I really appreciate your concern, if the febrile condition is associated with rash then it must be allergic condition or it could be viral infection and it will take little more time to come around, till then Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg and Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg can be tried hope this information helps.
