What Causes Persistent Flowing Of Pus From The Lump?
I have a bump on my right side. At first I thought it was just a regular body pimple but after I popped it yellowish stuff started coming out. But I thought it was regular until the next day it was still in a bump form and it's a little tender. Now 3 days later whenever I squeeze it a lot of that yellow stuff comes out and it feels as if there's some type of not underneathy skin.

Don't squeeze it repeatedly. Do hot fomentation. Apply some antibiotic ointment two to three times a day. Oral antibiotic like amoxycillin three times a day for 5 days will be helpful for treatment of bump if it persists or increses.
