Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Related your symptoms I think you you should do a physical examination and to take careful history by a Infectious disease specialist and ORL specialist and some lab examination like complete blot count (lymphoma), HIV (1-2), serology for EBV (Mononucleosis), serology for syphilis, PPD and chest radiography excluding an TB.

I hope my answer help you. Let me know if I can assist you further. I wish a quick recovery.

Regards,
Dr. Monika Dede
