What Causes Persistent Fungal Infection In The Groin Region Despite Taking Terbinafine?
I am having fungal infection in groin region from 5 months . I have taken terbinafine. But no effect. It goes sometimes and come again and skin color of affected area become dark grey and somewhere reddish.. please suggest me effective treatment.. I am really worried.. none of the topical cream is working.e except fourderm cream to some extent.

keep hyeigene properly
after bathing dry that area and apply fluconazole dusting powder daily at bed time
