What Causes Persistent Goosebumps While Having Anxiety?

I have goosebumps that make me feel cold constantly and I have anxiety for three days now,i am very sedentary and had little social life for three years now, just writing this is making me shake, i am to afraid to set appointment with psychologist, i have pain in my mind and i am shaking terribly right now.

Hi dear,
After going through your query it seems you are having depression along with anxiety.you can start deep breathing exercise daily in morning and evening at least for 5 minutes..you can get your thyroid profile and complete blood count done.please do consult a psychiatrist for proper treatment.i prescribe to my patients with similar complaints propranolol and clonazepam.you will feel better after at least one month of treatment.there is no harm in consulting a doctor.
