What Causes Persistent Hard Lump On Head?

My friend has had a hard bump on his head since a young age. it has grown bigger over the yrs and now there are two more small bumps. he is terrified of hospitals and doesnt know what they are. i am concerned because he doesnt know what it is. you have a possible answer for me?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having sebaceous cyst or Lipoma producing these lumps since long.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
After examination he will advice accordingly.
Ok and take care.
