What Causes Persistent Head Pressure, Brain Fog And Dizziness?

Sure, I will make a new appt with my regular doctor, but maybe you can help. I have had pressure in my head which cause dizziness, hard to concentrate and also brain fog. Not sure what is causing this, I ve had it for 3 weeks now. I took mucinex for a week to see if it would clear my head and it did no good. It s better in the morning after I ve rested, but then comes on again as the day progresses.

Is there us headache alongside? Is there any vertigo u experience? This can be a acephagic migarine. Please monitor your blood pressure levels when u have such an episode. Also take tab. Propanolol ones a day at night time while sleeping.
