What Causes Persistent Headache After A Concussion?

I fell and hit my head like a week ago, and I fell asleep right after. I saw my doctor, but he said that he doesn't think I had a concussion that I was shaken up from the fall. I have a head ache pretty much every day since then. If I was going to die I would already be dead by now, right?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that in case of head injury this is to be taken seriously if headache is there and this is severe then this should be investigated never should be taken as a granted, better go for CT imaging, the cerebral edema would be likely, take care and have a nice day.
