What Causes Persistent Headache Along With Dizziness And Weakness?

I have hade a pressure type headache for a month straight. Never had one until after a night of drinking. Had regular hangover but headache never left. Get dizzy alot easier, sense my balance isnt as good, i feel pressure and tightness all over top and sides of head and top if forehead. Neck a little sore as well. Hard to concentrate for extended periods of time. Feels a lot better when I am laying down. Feel kind of weak. Still have full appetite.

Hello,

This may occur due to several causes. Firstly, there is a need to check whether any mass is present or not. Then if there is no mass, we need to think there is tension type headache. In tension type headache, it is very likely to get neck sore along with pressure type headache.

I would like to give some tests:
1. Head CT
2. Complete Blood Test including electrolytes, Fasting Blood Glucose
3. Morning BP for consecutive 3 days
4. Thyroid Function Tests (T3, T4, TSH)
Meanwhile, you can take Paracetamol with caffeine combination drug for headache relief.
