What Causes Persistent Headache Despite Taking Medication?
Hi, from last 4 days im suffering from deep headache and it is unbearable. My brain ct scan and eeg report is showing normal but still i have headach so my nurophysicion prescribed me Tryptomer 10 mg tablet for 10 days and i m already taking tegretal 200 mcg tablet from last 5 yrs is it safe for me or not?

The symptoms are consistent with common causes like a migraine or tension headache, as a first line management you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
