Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Persistent Headache, Hazy Vision And Difficulty In Focusing?
Persistent headache for 10 days. Occipital/pareital lobe. Constant, bilateral. No nausea or vomiting. No dizziness. No focal neuro deficits. Only additional symptom is haziness and trouble focusing. Not worse at any particular time of day. Not relieved by NSAIDS.
Hello and welcome to HCM, Persistent headache associated with haziness and trouble focusing could be due to refractive error of vision. Refractive error of vision refers to near or far farsightedness. Inability to focus due to refractive errors cause stress and strain. It can lead to watering of eyes and headache. Thus, I suggest you to consult an ophthalmologist for clinical assessment and thus management with corrective lenses.
