What Causes Persistent Headache In Left Side Of Head?

Hello. I have had a constant headache or about 24 hours now. The pain is mostly dull, but becomes worse when standing up or bending over. It's located mostly in the top left part of my head. Should I go to the doctor's or should I wait for it to go away.
