Dear Patient,

first, assess your blood pressure. Is it under control? If you feel an headache and you are suffering of high blood pressure, you must assess your BP at that moment. This is particularly true if you did a recent change in medications. Otherwise, if BP is fine, you may change cotareg with another class of drug, or another molecule of the same class, according with the preferences of your doctor.
