What Causes Persistent Headaches And Hot Flashes During Menopause?

Hi, I m 44 years old and have been diagnosed with menopause. I feel low, detached, with persistent headaches, hot flahes, a pulsating sensation in my left ear and a red patch on the ceiling of my mouth that is extremely painful when I eat. I haven t started any treatment yet but my GP suggested Qlaira as a HTR. Will it help to ease the symptoms?
