What Causes Persistent Headaches?
Hi, i have headaches now for 3 days or so unlike anything i have ever experienced. At the base of my skull on the right side level with the top of my ear where most people have a bump (on both sides) but one is bigger then the other. The pain comes on for about 30 seconds then dissipates. My question is could the be associated with an ear or sinus infection?

How many days having this problem. Are you Hypertensive or Diabetes patient. Having on any medication?
No problem get ENT opinion for sinusitis. The mostly unilateral headache is due to Migraine.
Try Tab. Ranitidine 150mg 1bid before food; Tab. Stemetil 5mg tid; Tab. Combiflam 1bid after food for 3days and review.
