What Causes Persistent Hip Pain And Discomfort While Walking After An Injury?

Hi,I recently fell on my hip playing ice hockey. It hurt at the moment of impact but I could continue playing and I finished the hockey game. Later, it became difficult to walk, but can do so with some discomfort. It has been one week since the fall, and I still have pain when walking but only mild however when I lie down in bed I cannot put any pressure on the hip whatsoever or it becomes very painful. Also, it hurts greatly when the hip area is only lightly touched. Thank you,
