I constantly get hot flashes. My neck and chest have broken blood vessels all over. When i get hot flashes it seems like more broken blood vessels develope. what do I need to do? It feels like my skin is on fire all the time. Its effecting my everyday life and I m ready to get my life back. Please help me, Thank You
It might be advisable for you to have some basic tests done and this depending on your age and gender. Having some liver tests to rule out teleangiectasias due to liver problems might be a good idea. Also having a CBC to rule out increased hematocrit that happens with polycytemia vera, TSH to rule out thyroid problems and if you are a woman with irregular menstruation have a FSH test as well to make sure you are not entering menopause. Other basic tests called the metabolic profile are done routinely as well.
