What Causes Persistent Itchiness And Redness On Toe Despite Taking Medication?

I have an infection on my toes theyre itchy and dark red. i tried Miconazole cream but its not getting better and its seems like its spreading. I am 25, female usually in excellent health condition. The only health issues I have is Gastritis and Costocondritis.. Please help.. I cant afford to see a doctor at this stage.

it is only fungal infection. cleanliness an hygiene is most important. every day foot should be cleaned with warm water and soap. fungal infection is chronic and takes longer time to cure. local oral and inject able anti fungal are available. can take oral fluconazole and apply candid ointment locally. inj amphotericin b can be given for 7days. with is treatment and and care the condition will improve. symptomatic treatment for gastritis and cos-to chondritis to be taken.
