Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of persistent itchiness in throat, chest, dry mouth and sneezing which is mainly because of infection of oral cavity and inflammation of papillae of tongue and tonsillitis. It could be due to respiratory tract infection. Need not to worry. You should take combination of Ibuprofen and Diclofenac to prevent inflammation of papillae. Drink plenty of fluids and rehydrate oral cavity. Visit dentist/ENT specialist once and get it examined properly by taking scrap from oral cavity and get it biopsied. If it comes out to be viral infection start with antiviral drugs such as Acyclovir. Maintain proper oral hygiene to prevent further spread of infection. Avoid intake of spicy food and cold liquids. Take Proper antibiotic course. Apply Daktarin oral gel in mouth to prevent dryness and further flaking.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
