My skin is itching all over at times it starts at my ankles other time I can scratch and welts come up like a cat scratch. I have been told to take an antihistamine however this has been going on for months and I would like to find the cause. I wonder if it is an allergy to food or something else. It is so annoying I find myself scratching at night and sometimes during the day
