What Causes Persistent Knee Pain After Performing Stretching Exercise?
YES I did zumba a couple weeks ago and ever since my knee has been bothering me. just my right. i did not stretch that day, but i don t remember it popping or hurting after that day at zumba. It hurts almost a pain within the knee. I can t squat down or put any direct pressure on my right knee. It even hurts going up the stairs, and even when driving with my right leg.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. Persistent knee pain following exercise is due to sprain in the ligament of knees. Kindly do the following to overcome your problem: 1. Apply ice packs around knee for 20 to 30 minutes in a day. 2. Take Tablet. Diclofenac sodium with Paracetamol combination twice a day after food for 5 days. 3. Take Physiotherapy treatment in the form of short wave diathermy for 1 week. 4. Avoid anything that would cause pressure on your knees. You should start feeling better in about a week. Wish you speedy recovery.
