What Causes Persistent Left Sided Upper Abdominal Pain?
I been having upper left pain for a year. I had a CT scan showed scare tissue on my small instestine, then camera an bio down my throat. The doctor said my small instestine inflamed, but everything else good. Im in pain everyday, he gave me meds, they not working. What else could this be? No syptoms of chrones or anything just pain

I really appreciate your concern, the imaging report could be nonspecific, and it seems symptoms could be due to hyperacidity and it can be tried with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day for three weeks, avoid coffee, smoking, alcohol and spicy food prior to bed, stay away from anxiety, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
