What Causes Persistent Light Headedness And Dizziness?

I am feeling light-headed all day. I admit that last nite i did have 2 mixed drinks that may have been a little too much but I am used to drinking moderately MOST OF THE TIME. I am afraid to move around too fast, bend my head down, and feel dizzy, like maybe falling......I am 80 yrs old, in excellent/good health....

check your Blood pressure and blood glucose level. I think your light headedness is due to excess drinking which may cause low glucose level.
