What Causes Persistent Low Grade Fever And A Pink Eye?

I been having fever since Sunday pass.I haven’t felt sick I went to doctor Friday because I had bad ear and Saturday I end up having pink eye so I had to go to doctor Sunday to get eyedrops. It’s low grade fever 37.7 tonight.please help I want to know why I having low grade fever for past 3days

The low-grade fever with complaints you have seems to be a sign of stress to your body eyes or ears. You need full checkup of your ears or eyes by experts and start with needful oral treatment as per need. Just local eye drops or ear drops will not suffice.
