What Causes Persistent Low Grade Fever With Body Aches?

On Christmas I had alot of pain on my left back side along with a racing heart which lasted for a few hours until I took Ibuprophen, I considered going to Emergencybut then it became more tolerable. Then I got a fever around 101+ temp and am really achey. Yesterday the low grade fever continued with the aches and today it is the same. My doctors office was closed today and I thought since my side pain is less that it is not really an emergency now. I have been diagnosed with SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) so think it could be related. But is also seems like I have the flu or pnemonia. Im wondering if I should be going in to Emergency, going to the doctor tomorrow, or if I should just rest.

it could be pneumonia if u have any breathing difficulty along with these symptoms,or itcould be heart related so we should do ECG,and blood work up ,so it is better to visit doctor.
